The website is hosted on Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check contact submissions for automated abuse. Submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 and may be sent to SIG by email and internal Quo notifications so we can respond.

Google Analytics helps us understand website use. SIG uses Quo and Google Workspace for business communications. HubSpot may receive contact details when that connection is active. These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

We don't sell personal information. We may disclose it when required by law, to protect SIG or others, or to service providers that help us operate the website and respond to requests.

We keep contact information only as long as needed to respond, administer the website, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
